In 1953, the San Mateo Times published an article, "Lost Airliner Victims Listed." Transocean Air Lines released the names of 58 passengers and crewmembers aboard Flight 512 on a Douglas DC-6A airplane that crashed in the Pacific Ocean during a flight from Wake Island to Honolulu on July 12, 1953. Passengers from Guam included the following people:
