As part of the diaspora, it is very rare for me to be in a room with other fellow CHamoru genealogists with whom I virtually collaborate with. This historic event was the first time for me to meet most of them in person. I was honored they accepted my invitation to collaborate with me in presenting at my "Memorializing Our Family Roots," workshop during the 2016 Festival of the Pacific Arts (FestPac).
